Good home gym. The instructions for the assembly need some improvements. Vague instructions, in some ways incorrect, and some steps were actually missing. However, once it was actually assembled (took me about 5 to 6 hours), it all works as it should.

Positives - better than nothing! Lat pull down will work ok as will low row/curls and leg extensions. It’s better than sitting in the couch. Negatives - Way overpriced at £500, arrived over two days by two different couriers. The instructions are the worst things I have ever seen, fortunately I’m mechanical minded. Chest press is impossible as tension doesn’t start until you are at 3/4 extension. Flys are much the same as the chest press. The cables are made from plastic, not plastic coated wire, so I’m expecting them to stretch fairly quick. Overall my advice would be to pay that bit more, and get something with better quality.

I purchased this with the assembly service. 1 man arrived he could not speak any English so we were unable to communicate. I showed him the boxes of multi gym equipment and he nodded. I also showed him where to assemble it. 4 hours later he phoned 2 friends who arrived . This gym is unusable. It is unsafe. It lifts off the ground and tips over. The pulley system has been installed jammed. I cannot rate it I have contacted Fit4home and have not had any reply. Disgraceful and disgusting service
