(Wife here) I loved it! While these resistance bands don't replace a workout with weights/ankle weights, they can add a lot more intensity to your workouts. Personally, I use them as a warm-up initially and then add weights along with them. But for beginners in home workouts, just the resistance bands will work for a long time as there are three different ones. They are very sturdy and well-made. I recommend them!
