My 16 year old son and i were able to build this in an afternoon. Easy to follow instructions and to be honest its pretty obvious where things go. Most complicated thing was getting my head around the cables and pulleys but just follow the instructions and you'll be fine. As to usage its great and easy to use. It comes with a list of exercises you can follow but i keep popping on to the internet for new ideas.

I was dreading putting this together, but they have made it honestly so easy! If you avoid rushing ahead, and go through the steps in the order of the booklet, the hardware is numbered to that step. Use a blade to release just the nuts/ bolts per step and it is honestly the easiest thing ever! (Why don't more places do this?) Stringing the pulley wires can be a little more confusing, but slow and steady will get you there in the end. It now sits perfectly in our shed gym (reinforced floor to prevent sinking) and fits the compact space perfectly. It is small, and you can feel a bit pinched when using it, especially for certain exercises, but it fits our needs pretty well, and I would absolutely buy this brand again, simply due to the ease of assembly.

I'm not into gym equipment, I've been to gym a few times, but i feel like this is a solid product, easy to assemble very well balanced, supports more weight than most other similar homegyms on the market. Looks like it can last for ever, with good maintenance. :)

I already had a good cable machine and weights but adding this to my home gym means I now have everything. I almost did not buy it because I thought it was too cheap. Not sure how they do it for this price but glad that they do!

I have had this for a good few months now and even with youtube to problem solve, it us pretty useless and unusable. The pole that goes down the middle if the weight stack and moves up and down with the selected weight moves to one side. Not always the same side. It then won't let the weights lifted up come down again. The weight just gets stuck up high. Then when you get up and go to the stack to try resolve it you have to be able to lift the stuck weights and move the pole to allow it to lower the weights back down. This is fine if you have a light load but forget it if you have a heavier load. That is if it doesn't suddenly resolve itself as you are getting off the machine and come slamming down hard. I have a flat underneath me so the last thing I need is for the loud, heavy weight stack slamming down. It also almost caught my hand one time. I did yutube fixes and one person said to use treadmill oil on the two guide poles. I tried that and it seemed to resolve it for a short time but not for long. It is the worse thing I have ever purchased so far when it comes to gym equipment. Needless to say I haven't been able to use it for workouts. I think I have had 6 sessions where it didn't get stuck and actually allowed me to do a complete workout. I litterally have to use treadmill oil/lube every time I want to use it.

I ordered this product for my husband. I had my 16 year old son and his friend put it together. They did an excellent job and the weight set seems like a good quality. It came shipped and was missing 4 pullie’s. I contacted the seller and they shipped them out immediately so that my son could finish the set up. I think it took my son and his friend a little over 4 hours to put it together. My husbands only complaint is that he can’t adjust the seat. Rather than that, it’s a good piece of equipment for the price.

What can I say. I bought this piece more than a year ago; however, I started using it fully for the last 4 months because of the pandemic. I love it! It is sturdy enough and I am getting stronger and shredded by the day. I am 5'10" and weigh 210. I used to love the gym some 30 years ago... Now I am back at it! And my wife and daughters are noticing! Excellent value for money. Easy assembly but you need to follow the instructions and be patient (I did it alone and took 3 days working a couple of hours each day). Please make sure you know the place to set the machine up from set the start.. once built it is very heavy and you won't be able to move it around without some help : ) excellent value for money!

I’ve had this multi-station gym about a month and it is perfect for the price! I’m 6’4” and ended up building it on top of the wooden pallet it was delivered on to get a tall person’s height adjustment. I had to cut the pallet a bit and covered it with some black fabric ($10) from hobby lobby to make it look nice. Then I added and cut to fit some of those rubber exercise mat floor tiles. It turned out better than I expected. As many other reviewers said, the instructions are pretty bad. However, with the video and the instructions, it very doable. Took me a few hours over a few days but I wasn’t in a rush. Advice: leave the screws, nuts and bolts in their packaging until needed. But lay all of the frame pieces out so you can see and grab them easily. I accidentally put the arms on the wrong sides and couldn’t do the rows but it was an easy 5 minute fix. Great multi station gym and it absolutely DOES work for us tall people.

My only request is that you supply extra hardware (nuts and bolts) just in case you loose something during assembly. Other than that went together easily and works great 👍 They should also supply numbers for the weights so you know what capacity you are working out with.

This gym comes in SIX (6) boxes and has to be assembled by the buyer. If your are not a DYI type and don’t know one, go to a gym equipment store that offers product assembly. The sanity you save will be worth it. Even if you do rate yourself in the DYI ranks, keep in mind the the assembly instructions are almost totally useless. The diagrams are small and poorly labeled. Not all the parts are numbered, the parts list/diagrams are small and not very clear. Steps are shown out of order. Steps already preformed in one step are not show in the diagram for subsequent steps on the same parts. This leaves you looking for other similar parts not yet used, (frustrating to say the least). What ever you do don’t drop any parts, especially nuts, bolts and washers, they don’t include any extras.
