I wanted to see whether I was committed to a fitness routine before shelling out a huge amount of money. This has been an ideal way to get started. Pretty easy to assemble all the heavy stuff is already done. Takes about half an hour. Watch the videos on amazon rather than trying to work it out! It saves a bit of time. I think this will keep me going for a year or two before any inclination to trade up. Really excellent value for money. Display works well. Very good selection of resistance levels - from nice and easy to very hard work. Moves around easily and does not take up too much space.

I bought this bike, since I needed something that was compact, did ten break the bank and for me to use in front of the telly. I live in Scotland so there was many days I could not go out for a run.. Hence the bike. I got the bike and had to assemble very little for it to work, it took me 20 min tops with children running around me. It is easy to do, very sturdy build and best of all..There is no noise at all when in use. I can use it at 23 at night and no one in the house can hear me using it! It is fine for my height (6 foot 5 in) male with semi long legs and I can use it fine. It’s comfortable in the seat and nice and wide so it does not wedge up place where it shouldn’t go, so that was a pleasant surprise for me. In 9 weeks, with some minor diet changes (eating more protein) I have been able to use it for 6 times per week, for around 45 min on the setting 7 which gives a good burn in the legs and lots of sweat.. By me using this bike and in combination with resistance bands and small diet change.. I have lost 1 stone and 1/2 just by sitting and watching telly while doing it. So yes, you have everything to loss for little money for something that just works when it don’t need to be as fancy as possible but get the job done in a comfortable way.

It’s easy to operate. Lightweight and easy to move around the house for convenience. But also sturdy and slimline - it doesn’t take up loads of room. You can change resistance using the dials. Fantastic value for money, would recommend and actually bought from a recommendation. We have already seen an improvement to our fitness from using it.

This bike is excellent! Really great value for money. It was so easy to put together with clear instructions and only took 30 minutes until we were able to use it. For the price it is very well made and very comfortable to ride. It has a resistance mechanism to adjust the intensity levels and this can give you a great workout. The display is good and displays calories, speed and time. We usually use it in the sitting room while we watch tv and it is very quite and does not disturb our viewing. When we are finished exercising we fold it up and put into our spare room. Excellent purchase

If you look for a compact, sturdy, silent bike with a cool design without too many bells and whistles, do not hesitate one second! I have built it on my own, instructions are very easy and clear. I have purchased the basic model as I think it looks cooler, if you don’t need to cycle sitting back. Great convenient way to do some cardio from the comfort of your home when it’s too cold or rainy to exercise outdoors or if you have poor knees, as cycling is low impact. You can put your phone or iPad above the display and watch your favorite series or listen to the radio, audiobook or podcast. Love it!

I have had sciatica for over a year and I was advised by the doctor to start doing some form of exercise which would be gentle on my back and my joints so that it didn't make my problem worse. When I saw this exercise bike with the resistance bands I instantly thought that this would be ideal for me. I am now getting a great all round workout without aggravating my sciatica. This bike is of excellent build quality and a really good thought out design. It folds away nicely after use by simply pulling out a large pin that locks the bike in the open position, and the back seat rest also folds inwards and down. The seat is very comfortable and the back rest provides the support that I need for my back which is perfect for my sciatica. These is a LCD display (with batteries already installed) at the front and a pad built in to rest your phone or tablet on so that you have some entertainment whilst working out. This helps pass the time so quickly that you don't really feel like you were having a serious workout at the same time. The pedals come with a fairly deep tread to stop your feet from slipping and a strap going over them to keep your feet firmly in place. It has very good resistance on the highest setting which gives you a really good workout. When you first open the box and see all the pieces that you have to assemble, it looks a bit overwhelming, but do not fear, as it comes with very good step by step instructions to guide you. I'm normally useless at this type of thing, but as the instructions were really good, even I managed to put it together really easily. You need a few very basic tools for the assembly, but it comes with what you need so you don't have to waste any time going around hunting for the correct tools. I am very happy with this bike as it certainly looks and feels like a professional piece of equipment and an excellent investment into my health.

Vor ein paar tagen ist dieses Produkt bei mir eingetroffen, ich habe mich für den kauf entschieden da ich meine Ausdauer verbessern will und auch beim Fernseher schauen in Bewegung sein will, beim auspacken hat es einen solieden eindruck gemacht, das Gehäuse ist aus Kunststoff aber das erwartet man auch bei dem günstigen preis, was mir sehr gefällt ist die Lautstärke des teils, auch bei einem höheren wiederstand ich das teil nicht besonders laut, den wiederstand kann man super bei dem rat unten einstellen, alles in allem kann ich mich nicht beschweren und würde es auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen

Ich habe zuvor einen anderen Beintrainer gekauft, der viel teurer war, aber nach kurzer Zeit kaputt ging. Ich habe mich für diesen Beintrainer entschieden, weil er viel günstiger ist. Die Installation dieser Maschine ist einfach. Auf dem Display können Trainingsdaten angezeigt werden. Sein Widerstand lässt sich mit einem Drehknopf einstellen. Es ist auch sehr einfach zu bedienen. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann ich mit diesem Gerät trainieren, während ich in meinem Zimmer sitze. Bei schönem Wetter gehe ich oft draußen spazieren.
