I didn’t receive assembly instructions but contacted seller and they email them to me (response was within 24h) simple instructions to follow and overall quality is good, I would recommend this product and reasonably priced

Short Review Cheap product that has limited use and is badly made, not helped by the bad customer service team who offered no help and instructions that were created by someone who's never actually setup the product. Avoid and spend a little bit more on something which doesnt just look nice in the images. Setup The machine was quite difficult to setup, the issue didn't come until later on in the instructions where they seemed to just rush the last part and just show pictures, maybe they ran out of printing space?. It also seemed like they made instructions but didn't actually set it up themselves because they would have seen that the steps order made it more difficult. On top of that it was missing parts shown in the instructions that from what I can see weren't needed. I consider myself competent but it took me more than 4 hours on my own. Functionality The machine itself is not completely useless, the main issue is with the chest press, they sit way too low so it's more of a weird decline movement, and I'm not exactly tall! On top of that the press didn't have enough tension even on the bottom pin. With the lower cable, doing curls I was moving the machine so had to stand on it. The chest fly has some weird positioned handles and semi works for its purpose. The lat pull-down is the only part I'd say was good and easy enough to use. One of the most annoying things was the pin for the weights would keep missing the hole, so I would get stopped when lowering the weights making using it for its purpose just annoying. Quality The product feels cheap, I received it with a ripped seat but I'm not suprised as it feels badly made and I'm sure it wouldn't last. The materials of the most of the frame seems okay and sturdy enough, but im not sure on the longevity of it as I returned it before I could find out. It seems that they've made something that looks good, cheap to make and will probably disappear after they've made enough sales. I would stay clear of this for any type of user as its just not worth it, spend a little more on something that won't complicate/restrict your workout. Customer service asked for me to cover the cost of returning the product so before you buy something cheap like this, consider the return costs when you find out its no good.

firstly they couldn't even deliver it in one go, They didn't send out half the boxes and gave me varying degrees of lies to say why. Starting with "it is out for delivery from a different place" then "I had received it" and finally after 24 hours "it was lost in the warehouse" how can you loose and 8 foot box that weighs 25kg? They then offered me a £25 discount that they didn't give me as I had to take another day of work and no I don't do a paper round and asked me to check all the bits where there before I signed for it because we all know couriers line standing about for an hour while we do that. The multigym is made of rubbish metal that still has sand blasting media rattling about inside it so keep your hoover handy and plenty of plelasters because them nice pointy bits of weld that have been left are a bit ouchy in it would bd a shame to get blood on the very thinky powder coated metal. Sturdiness isn't a problem as it isn't remotely sturdy at all and rocks from side to side if you breath in it. The.... Let's call them "instructions" are barley readable and if you follow them you will have to try to lift up the half built gym with 45kg of weights on to insert 2 bolts that you will then struggle to do up. Then you will try to attach the chain to the base so it all works, good luck with this bit as it's too short so you will need to either put something under the weights or be lengthening the chain. None of this matters because if you do get it built it looks good untill you try to use it at which point the seat will feel like its about to snap (I only weigh 13 stone) and you will discover that as soon as you move the chest fly bars they don't line up so one arm ends up 2 inches higher than the other. At this point you will contact customer services who won't reply as they are about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Not worth the money not worth the time and effort. The boxes it is delivered in are heavy as expected and covered in dirt ( not expected) and look like they have been thrown about a whare house and then forgotten about ripped torn then covered in tape. It's fairly compact it will be even more compact when I weigh it in for scrap. I would return it but the thought of having to try and take it apart without an angle grinder makes me sad, plus I doubt they would manage to come and collect it. So if you are still reading this buy a slightly more expensive one from a totally diffrent company like I wish I had done.
