When I bought this bench I never expected much for the money but I was pleasantly surprised. This adjustable weight bench is an unbelievable piece of kit for the money. It is lightweight and sturdy and has an extremely small footprint, taking up very little space in whichever room the buyer uses it in. The padding on the bench is approximately 2.05 cm or 1'' which is enough for its intended use & comparable with other benches in this category. The bench is quick and easy to set up and take down but where it really shines Is in the space it needs once folded up, which is really amazing. This bench would quite easily fit in the bottom of a wardrobe, in a small cupboard or even under a bed, making it usable in almost all circumstances. Obviously the buyer will have to factor in weights or other equipment used with this bench but it's quite easy to use a bench like this for non load bearing exercise. The bench comes into its own with the use of free weights giving the user a number of exercise possibilities, where it falls down though is with the included resistance band, however this can be removed for a better user experience. This bench is perfect for the amateur at home user who wants to stay fit in their own home, has a budget or doesn't want a vast amount of equipment taking up space. If you want a sturdy bench that takes up virtually no space, is easy to put up and take down then buy this, you won't be disappointed

Bench is very good for what I paid for it. It comes fully assembled,you just have to attach the two leg bars and straps. Feels quite soilid when usuing,the bands are abit to long so ill probably try shorten them or replace. Overall well worth the money.

Absolutely amazing for the price. Me amd my son both use it daily. Literally can't fault the bench. The resistance band with handles are a good idea but far too week to be any good for muscle enhancement.

Not a bad bench especially consiering the price but too narrow to lie on your side for some certain exercises. Not too sturdy but not a big issue. For a few quid more you can get a better one.

Pretty good buy, it's small and lightweight but easily supports me (80 - 90kg) while I lift weights. Really easy to fold up and it's small enough to store without any problems. I'll get a bigger bench and some point but for now, in my small flat it's really good.
