Pros: 1. Easy to pack in a suitcase for holiday/business trip 2. Good level of resistance for the price (I use 3 bands together for extra resistance) 3. Good price Cons: 1. If you normally use more than 15kg dumbbells then give these a miss 2. I broke one of the bands (near the connection point) yet it was relatively easy to repair.

The price is amazing for the quality of these bands and all the attachments! I work out from home and have been able to increase my routine/weight limit with these bands, much better than the 'booty bands' i've used before as these give more range of motion and more accurate weight levels. Love the ankle attachments and handles which makes them so versatile I can use them in any workout all around the house!

I recently purchased this resistance bands set and have mixed feelings about it. The set includes 5 bands of varying resistance levels (10 to 50 lbs), along with handles, ankle straps, door anchors, and a carrying pouch. While the bands are versatile and great for various exercises like yoga and pilates, there are a few issues. Firstly, the resistance levels don't seem accurate. Combining all the bands together might give you the resistance they claim individually. The workout sheet included is almost unreadable, and I only received one carabiner clip, making it unusable until I buy more. The quality of the bands is decent, but the plastic tubing that holds the end parts looks flimsy. Overall, it's a good product for basic exercises and the handles are comfortable. However, the inaccuracies in resistance and missing parts are disappointing. It's still useful, but not as robust as I expected.

I have used resistance bands for years and have had a couple of sets of Bodylastics bands that have served me well over the years but even these wear out over time. When I looked to replace my existing set, as some of the bands were damaged, I found that the Bodylastics were no longer available, or only at an exorbitant price (I think I previously paid between £30 to £40 for a set but they are now well over £150!) So I decided to take a chance on another set of bands from a different supplier, at a much cheaper price. Well, the price should have been my first indication and I guess the old adage "you get what you pay for" rings very true! The bands come quite well packaged, with a nice carry bag but overall the quality is very poor. The weight ratings on the bands are greatly exaggerated; the attached photos show the 30lbs (13.6kg) blue band and the 50lbs (22.8kg) red band from this set alongside a 30lbs Bodylastics band (orange), and as you can see the diameter of these bands are much smaller and the resistance of these bands is not even close to the Bodylastics band. I am aware that these bands are a fraction of the price but the advertised weight ratings are quite clearly inaccurate. I have only used these bands once, and doubt I will use them for much other than the most lightweight exercises and rehabilitation, so I cannot speak to the longevity of the product. So long as you don't expect much resistance from your bands (but the clue is in the name) I suppose they offer reasonable value for money but I am very disappointed with my purchase 😕
