I don't get out much, hence my fitness level isn't anywhere near what it should be. Even though I haven't been able to use it as much as I wanted too recently, I did feel it was beneficial the times I did use it. I intend to be using it regularly in the next fortnight or so and it will definitely help me to improve my overall fitness when I get regular use of it. The bike itself is very easy to assemble (don't be scared of it) and the instructions are simple to follow. It took me around 20-25 mins taking my time with it. It's a SOLID piece of kit and will easily last for many, many, years. I was eager to try it out and I wasn't disappointed. I'm 65 years of age and I struggle for a breath at times as I rarely get out. The workout is great, as you can easily adjust the challenge of it by making it as easy, or difficult, as you wish. The various settings means that there's at least one to suit everyone, but you'll want to test yourself as you go along obviously. The monitor is very neat, responsive and gives you clear readings so you can set your personal goals. I wasn't too keen on the seat as I find it a little uncomfortable, but I will tend to that. The handlebars are rigidly held in place and comfortable to hold, no matter your riding style. I stay in a flat with a neighbour underneath me. This was a concern for me as he's not the best neighbour and I couldn't have a bike that was noisy (as my complaint to him was) or even moved slightly. No problem with this item. It's super-quiet and doesn't move at all. Overall, it's an outstanding bike and well worth the money paid for it. Sure, you'll see other bikes cheaper than this one, but check out all of the specifications and reviews. To sum up, go get it!

Fabulous item- easy to set up and get started ! The product has a high spec finish and quality parts that ensure a smooth and almost silent ride. The machine footprint is relatively low ensuring that space is not an issue. The overall performance ensures a decent workout , along with water bottle holder and space/ clips for mobile, for long periods of time . I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an indoor exercise machine.

I'd been missing spinning classes and was looking for a bike I could use at home - something sturdy and well-built. I'd looked in depth at loads of different indoor bikes online and read many reviews - comparing the options available. I ended up going for this one as the bike looked good in all the pictures other reviewers had shared and comments were mostly really positive too. I'm glad I went for this one - it's just perfect. Yes, it's heavy but it's incredibly sturdy - I'm 5 foot 9 and a bit sturdy too [my next buy is going to be a mat for it]. It was so straight-forward to assemble - I just unpacked everything [which was really well-packaged with a lot of parts embedded in the polystyrene] and methodically worked through the short and illustrated instructions. Everything listed was there re parts [apart from the scissors which I used to cut off the cable ties] and there was also a handy table at the beginning of the instructions with the item numbers for parts inc those which have different elements/parts. Once built, you'll have to adjust the seat and handle-bars until happy with their height [and angle re the seat] then tighten them but all else can be tightened during assembled. The pedal straps can easily be adjusted by pressing the two metal end parts together [like a peg] - this opens the clip up so you can feed through more or less strap as needed. The control settings are easy to use too - my only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to include some basic instructions on them just to make things simpler [although it's not a real issue]. I'd add a few extra tips - simply to be more practical: [1] use a cotton bud to apply the anti-loosening glue to the two parts when fixing the pedals [to get better coverage over the surface areas involved], [2] if unsure which direction to turn the pedals when fixing them to the bike, look at the 'L' or 'R' sticker on the main part [see pic 8] as it shows the direction the pedal needs turning... [which is super helpful] and... [3] before putting in the vertical shaft for the handlebars, wipe the lower part [which will need moving when adjusting the height of the handlebars] with a little WD40/lubricant to make it easier to move once in place [otherwise it is a bit stiff and difficult to move]. It's a fab bike anyhow, worth every penny... Hope if you get one, you have the same experience.

Very easy to assemble, very sturdy and works as intended. You can push the resistance as high as you want which is great for training quads, not just for cardio! I chose this one due to other bikes around the same price having bad reviews for taller people. I’m 6 foot with very long legs and this is perfect for me. Good product.

The media could not be loaded. This bike was purchased to be used by both myself and my wife. We are regulars at the gym and attend spin classes. We were looking for an exercise bike to use at home on those occasions where we could not make it to the gym. Our requirement for the exercise bike, - Affordable. - Sturdy & durable - Features - Will work for both myself and wife. We are different heights/size. I am 6'4 and she is 5'3. After some research, we were lead to this brand. We could not be any more happier with the purchase. it has served us well and has all we were looking for. We recommend this bike to others. Packaging - The item arrived in a single box that weighed around 65 lbs. With such a light weight, was a little worried about what I would find inside. All parts were placed in secure packaging and the material of the parts were sturdy and lightweight. See attached photo of what the box / packaging looks like. The package came with instruction / manual and the tools needed to assemble the bike. No additional tools needed. Assembly was pretty easy. It took about 30 min to assemble. There are videos to watch if help is needed but the manual was good enough. See attached photo of finished product. Set up - There are 4 adjustments to make. One can raise the seat. Slide the seat closer or farther away. Raise the height of the handlebar. Adjust the pedal. Easy to move bike around with wheels in the front. Just tilt & move. Ride - The seat is comfortable and the pedaling is very smooth. One thing you will notice or not notice is the lack of noise of the spinning wheel. It is very quiet and a pleasant surprise. The resistance knob on the bike was easy to reach (just like any spin bikes) and adjust. Quick turns made it easy to adjust to be harder or lighter workout. Along with the bike comes a electronic screen / console that displays time, distance, and calories burned. It can be set to show one or to scan through each. On the bike is also a mount to hold your iPad or phone and it securely held it without issue. The pedals I found were very good quality. It can be adjusted to fit the person. Pedaling was smooth & easy but the test was to see if one stood up while pedaling, what would the bike do and I am happy to report it firmly stayed on the ground and did not tip over or shake. It is very sturdy / stable. The brake is very good. When you are done, pressing down the brake decelerates and stops pedaling. The bike does come with a cup holder on the cross bar, below the resistance knob. It fits all bottles and easy to reach, release, and place back in. See attached video for how the ride looks. The bike did have some issues but not enough to downgrade the grade. More of a wishlist for future improvements. - Pedals. They are fine and to be used with sneaker/shoes thugh it would have been nice to have option to use spin shoes and clip on. - Console. Yes it does display the times, distance, and calories but it should be able to display all at the same time and not scan. Honestly, do not use as I have my apple watch to keep track of activity. - Handlebar - wish it had an adjustment to bring closer to person and not just adjusting height. The seat has option to adjust to move closer. - Adjustments - It would be nice to be able to just height of seat and handle bar without unscrewing lock. Wish it was like at the gym where you pull lever and raise and then release. Here you have to unscrew, adjust and then screw back in. - Resistance - It states 100 but unclear on what that means. Cannot tell what resistance I am at. When I do adjust and add or subtract, one does feel the resistance but it would be good to see what it is at. Also in my testing, if you do 5 full rotations, the wheel does not spin. Again, just a wishlist but I still like the bike a lot and would recommend to others who looking for an affordable and sturdy exercise bike.

Schwimmen, ein Crosstrainer, oder eben ein Spinningbike. Gleichmäßige Belastung und kreisende Bewegung verursachen mir keine Schmerzen. Das Angebot ist riesig, nach einigen Vergleichen und stöbern in den Bewertungen bin ich bei diesem Wenoker Heimtrainer gelandet. Der Preis von deutlich unter 300€ (dank Coupon) ist schon mal eine Kampfansage. Die Bewertungen sind voll des Lobes, die Optik mit den türkisfarbenen Applikationen hübsch, ein Getränke-, Tablet-, und Smartphonehalter sollte ebenfalls allen Ansprüchen genügen. Der Hersteller meint es ein wenig gut mit der Verwendung von Klebefolie, das Auspacken der Einzelteile benötigt fast so viel Zeit wie der Aufbau selbst :o) Die Anleitung ist u.A. auf deutsch und sehr einfach und verständlich geschrieben. Die Bauteile perfekt durchnummeriert und bebildert. Das benötigte Werkzeug liegt bei, auch wenn wir unser hochwertiges Heimwerkerwerkzeug benutzt haben. Der Aufbau benötigt rund 15-20 Minuten, danach steht das Bike und ist einsatzbereit. Die Bedienung ist nahezu selbsterklärend, der Computer kommt mit 3 Tasten daher und bietet die Informationen die wichtig sind (Geschwindigkeit, Zeitdauer, zurückgelegte Strecke und verbrannte Kalorien (letzteres ist sicher nur ein Schätzwert ;o)) Der Getränkehalter ist für alle gängigen Trinkflaschen geeignet. Ideal gestaltet finde ich das "Cockpit" in dem sich auch große Smartphones sicher ablegen lassen, genau wie die Funktion des Tablethalters. Auf Videoportalen gibt es Unmengen kostenloser Spinningvideo die man so super im Blick hat und sich auspowern kann. Der Stand des Bikes ist sehr stabil, selbst beim schnellen fahren wackelt es nicht nennenswert, der Metallrahmen ist massig und stabil. Das Schwungrad läuft super schön leise, der Sattel ist gut gepolstert und für ruhige Fahrten sehr bequem. Die Pedale bieten guten Halt wenn man die Schlaufen nutzt, umgedreht sind sie normale Pedalen wie auch auf dem Video zu sehen. Sehr gut und wichtig, der "Not aus" Knopf. Sollte man bei hohem Tempo mal von den Pedalen abrutschen kann man mit einem Druck darauf die Pedale umgehend abbremsen und somit verhindern das man Schläge in die Wade bekommt. Die Bewertungen haben nicht zu viel versprochen, für einen super Preis bekommt man einen hochwertigen Heimtrainer mit allen nützlichen Funktionen und Features. Jetzt muss ich nur noch meiner Tochter verklickern, dass es sich dabei nicht um ein Spielzeug handelt und mir meinen Platz auf dem Sattel erkämpfen ;o)
