I would have preferred more guidance on what strength I needed, I took a guess and got it right. There enough resistance to ensure I can exercise to muscle exhaustion. I would definitely recommend getting the hand stirrups and the door adapter and extra long bands as it opens up a lot more exercises. The little exercise booklet is a bit underwhelming but if you are used to free weights it’s easy to work out and there are plenty of generic exercises on line. Probably a bit heavy to travel with but great for a home workout if you dont have room for free weights

OK, I'll admit I was skeptical to start as there's plenty of criticism on social media but I will say that I'm pleasantly surprised. Well built and sturdy so decent enough quality. Provides different resistance levels for different exercises and plenty of exercises can be done using it. Combined with bodyweight exercises and heavy bag work, it ticks all the boxes for me as getting to a gym is an impossibility due to work and I train Krav maga in the evenings. Will it replace a gym if you are a serious bodybuilder.... no. Will it help with muscle tone etc.... yes. Providing you are realistic about what you aim to achieve using it, it's a great bit of kit.

Im amending my review because tge company reacted really quickly and sent me a replacement the next day.It's compact which is great for storage and you can perform a range of exercises. But after just 2 and a half weeks one of the tension ropes exploded while performing a regular exercise. It pinged and hit me in the head. Was loud as a fire cracker. Really gutted, as now I can't use the maximum tension for exercises where it's necessary like bench press etc... After writing a seller review , I was contacted. I received a replacement really quickly. It was just unfortunate that one of the ropes was faulty. Good customer service.

Seems very robust, really easy to change from light to heavy workouts with the way the bands are made and the overall concept. Been using it a week and i can feel the difference in my strength already. If you are limited for space and want to do something at home this is PERFECT!!!!!!.... If this lasts it will be the perfect buy, so lets see how the longevity works... but SO FAR So GOOD!!!!

I purchased this a little over 6 months ago. I have used it, on average, only 1-2 times a week (if even that). The other night 1 of the main 'bench press' bands snapped! I contacted INNSTAR directly, stating the issue and that I had purchased it from Amazon and when. They replied and asked me to contact Amazon. Amazon's policy I clearly laid out that it's the manufactures responsibility after 30 days!! I have sent a screen shot of this to INNSTAR, but have heard nothing back! Poor customer service and poor product. Don't waste your money
