I had taken delivery of a more expensive machine and it was faulty on receipt. Amazon did refund me and it was returned. So, I ordered this Evoland vibration machine and it was a really good choice, wish I'd bought this in the first place. It was slightly reduced in price. It comes with two hand exercise attachment bands, a remote control. The instructions are a little difficult to understand on the "parameter" set up but its easy to just use manual + and - on the remote and the 10 programs are really good. The base unit vibrates very well and is very therapeutic. The only minor gripe is the top surface has lots of notches like reflexology spots and its a bit rough on the feet, but this can be solved with a sports sock or wearing trainers. It is a little narrower than the other unit I had. But if you want a basic toning and circulation improver, after only one week, I have noticed the difference. I suffer from occasional restless leg syndrome in the evenings, I get on this machine and after ten mins my right leg is back to normal. Also, it is toning my other leg muscles. My husband has very arthritic knees and he has been sitting using it whilst he is on the sofa, resting his legs while it vibrates and he was very pleased with the pain relief he got from it. I highly recommend it so far, I hope it carries on working for a long time!

It’s small and compact does not take up much room and works really well. You will need to hold on to something when on the higher speed if you don’t have good balance but helped with my back after one use ! Would highly recommend!

I wanted a vibration plate that I could use, that would also help my husband who is a stroke survivor with limited mobility. I have been on it three times so far. I love it, I squat and tighten my legs and bottom as it vibrates and it feels like it is doing something. To turn it on, press the button by the cable, then keep pressing the program P button until you hit the desired level and the start button. Adjust the time with the + and - button. I've hooked up to music, using the bluetooth, which was easy to pair up and had a decent volume when using the plate at level 5. My husband is no longer able to cycle, so needed something to get his legs moving, he loves it, not difficult to use, but he keeps his socks on and finds it good to sit on the edge of the brass bed, with his feet on the plate. It's given him something to focus on and I think he will do well with it. I am glad that I bought it and would highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. Item arrived on time well packaged. Easy to set up and use. Just had to put battery in remote. I've used this since since I got it on the easy programme and hopefully will help with recovery from injury. I was recommended to drink a lot of wster to help with lymphatic drainage. I look forward every day to using this to aid recovery.

So firstly to clarify some of the other reviews on here: The Remote: It does work you just have to hold it rather close to the devices display in order for it to register. Instructions: I have no idea what the other reviews were talking about, they were simple and easy to follow with the use of common sense. Pain Relief: I'm not using this machine for pain relief, however after the first couple uses my muscles started to ache - as they would be if you went for a run! I wouldn't advise using it if you have any hip or leg problems unless you keep it on the lower programmes or speeds. And only use it in short bursts to make up the 20 minutes you should only use it for a day. My experience: After using it for 4-5 days, my muscles ache like I've just done a marathon, so I can feel it working so far and I feel that it'll make a difference if I keep using it. The more my muscles get used to a certain programme, I go on to the next one. This is a neat bit of kit which for the price you're paying is worth getting if you're looking for a boost to get fit. I've also bought a waist strap to help support my back whilst using it which I feel makes me a bit more stable on the machine. Overall, I love it and can't wait to see how much it helps as I keep using it :)

The media could not be loaded. Update.. yeah it died.. I think the motor must have gone as it’s barely moving now.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Thankfully I got a refund from Amazon and told to keep it so it must be a common issue. Lasted less than 3 weeks. I purchased this as I suffer with painful legs and was concerned about circulation and DVT as I’m mostly sedentary as suffer from arthritis and fibro.. the concept is great.. the vibration seems to help with the pain for a while. Too early to know about toning as I am quite heavy and it’s only been a couple weeks. Will try to remember to update. Unfortunately it started glitching as you can see in video and wouldn’t start easily. I can also only get it to do ten minute increments but it does allow me to carry on using it so just have to restart. I really enjoy using it, when standing you can feel it throughout your body and it’s a pleasant sensation for me. I also sit on the sofa with just my feet on at times or sit on the plate although that can get uncomfortable as there are nodules all over that hurt when bare footed. It’s also not as spacious as the photo would appear if you are larger so take that into consideration.. I just about get seated and cannot get my feet wide enough apart to try squats. I called about the glitching and Amazon refunded but told me to keep it so as it’s now free I can’t really complain.. let’s see how long it lasts. In Hindsight I would look at width and size if purchasing another as this is on the small side for me but I guess if you’re a regular sized person it would be ok. I think it helps lymphatic drainage and circulation as I always need to pee after use 🤣

The manual is missing. I don't have instructions to use the machine (how many programmes, which one is for what, how to set the speed, the frequence, etc. Can not lower the speed. Is always on full speed.
